We’re specialists in measurement science. Trusted by the world’s largest test publishers, authors, and the pharmaceutical industry, we have been linguistically validating the world’s most complex clinical assessment batteries for more than 15 years.
Linguistic validation is far more than translation. It requires an understanding of clinical outcome assessment structure and clinical setting, measurement concepts and purpose, patient-centered research, and the implications that language decisions can have on data quality and endpoint integrity.
Because we have found it increasingly difficult to identify translators and consultants who possess both the technical knowledge and critical thinking required for this work, we are expanding our in-house training into a comprehensive educational program for language professionals.

The program is intended for translators and language professionals already working in health research, as well as those interested in building a career in linguistic validation consulting.

- Proven translation experience – scientific, medical, or technical
- Native-level fluency in the target language
- In-country experience, with timeline depending on role in the project
- Field-specific academic credentials or certifications preferred; can be replaced with proven experience
- Good judgment and ability to ask questions
- Willingness to follow detailed briefs and collaborate with reviewers
